- Take 325 grams of rolled oats.
- Provide 400 grams of light condensed milk.
- Take 175 grams of light brown muscavado sugar.
- Get 180 grams of butter.
- You need 150 ml of water.
- Prepare 200 grams of dessicated coconut.
- Provide 100 grams of dark chocolate.
- Take 25 grams of white chocolate.

Steps to make Flapjack:
- Pre-heat an oven to 220°c / 200°c fan..

- Using a very sharp knife. Trim the edges and then cut into evenly sized pieces. You may need to occasionally wipe the knife as you go..
- Leave to cool then place in the fridge..
